I had a nice stay at The Moore for three nights. The customer service was excellent, with Riley, Heather, and Trevor making me feel right at home. The location was really convenient, just a short walk from the subway and plenty of dining options nearby. However, the room decor was a bit tired, which was disappointing, as it affected the overall experience slightly.

My stay at The Moore was largely positive, though I did encounter some issues. The location is fantastic, close to the subway and vibrant Chelsea, making it easy to explore. Service was a highlight, with friendly staff attending to my needs. However, while I appreciated my upgraded room, it was quite small, and some noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. Overall, a solid choice for a boutique experience! 🌟

I had a lovely stay at The Moore Hotel in Chelsea, where the service was notably warm and attentive. However, the rooms were a bit noisy due to the thin walls, and I experienced some disturbances from the corridor. However, the room felt a bit small, which is typical for NYC, but it was clean and comfortable nonetheless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. I loved the perfect location of The Moore—it was so convenient for exploring the city! The hotel was clean and stylish, and I really enjoyed the great shower and nice toiletries. However, the room was quite small, which felt a bit claustrophobic at times, and the noise from slamming doors throughout the night made it tough to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I might hesitate to return due to the noise issue. 😕
